We process personal data as the administrator, which means we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and for how long. We also select any processors who assist us in processing the data.

Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

We process the personal data you provide us for the following reasons:

  1. Provision of Services and Contract Fulfillment:
    We process your personal data, including your email, name, phone number, and address, as necessary for fulfilling contracts, maintaining warranties, and delivering goods.

  2. Bookkeeping:
    As a customer, your personal (invoicing) data is required to fulfill legal obligations regarding the issuance and registration of tax documents.

  3. Marketing – Sending Newsletters:

  • If you are our customer, we use your email and name to send business updates based on our legitimate interest, assuming you are interested in our news for up to 5 years after your last order.

  • If you are not our customer, we send newsletters only with your consent, valid for 5 years from when it was granted.

  • You can withdraw your consent anytime using the unsubscribe link in each email campaign.

 

We retain your personal data only for the duration required by law or as specified in individual cases.

Cookies

When browsing our website, we collect your IP address, the duration of your visit, and the page you arrived from. We use cookies to measure website traffic and customize the user experience, which we consider a legitimate interest as the administrator.
