    As a customer, your personal (invoicing) data is required to fulfill legal obligations regarding the issuance and registration of tax documents.

  3. Marketing – Sending Newsletters:

  • If you are our customer, we use your email and name to send business updates based on our legitimate interest, assuming you are interested in our news for up to 5 years after your last order.​

  • If you are not our customer, we send newsletters only with your consent, valid for 5 years from when it was granted.

  • You can withdraw your consent anytime using the unsubscribe link in each email campaign.

 

We retain your personal data only for the duration required by law or as specified in individual cases.
