If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the protection of personal data, the principles and the rights you have in connection with the GDPR (Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data).

We process personal data as an administrator, which means that we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will help us with the processing.

Scope of personal data and processing purposes

We process the personal data you entrust to us for the following reasons:

​

• provision of services and fulfillment of the contract:
  we will process your personal data in the scope of: e-mail, name, phone number and address, which are necessary for the performance of the contract, holding the guarantee and delivery of the goods.

• Bookkeeping:
  If you are our customer, we need your personal (invoicing) data to comply with the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.

• marketing - sending news (newsletters):
  We use your personal data (email and name), information about what you click on and when you most often open our campaigns for the purpose of marketing - sending business information. If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, as we assume that you are interested in our news for a period of 5 years from the last order.
  If you are not our customer, we will only send you the newsletter based on your consent for a period of 5 years from the granting of consent.
  In both cases, you can withdraw this consent by using the unsubscribe link at the end of each email campaign.

 

We will keep your personal data for the period necessary to expire the period established by law, unless the law provides for a longer period for the retention of this data or if we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When browsing our web pages, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page and from which page you come. We perceive the use of cookies to measure web traffic and customize the display of websites as our legitimate interest as an administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can provide you with even better services.

Security and protection of personal data

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern security technologies. Personal data of our customers is stored in our internal, secure database. Very carefully selected processors help us with the processing of personal data from the point of view of marketing.

We only select processors who handle personal data responsibly and who make at least the same demands for their protection as we do ourselves. Processors who help us process personal data are bound by confidentiality and cannot sell your personal data to third parties.

When ensuring specific processing operations that we cannot ensure by our own efforts, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in these operations.

• Delivery companies: Slovak Post, courier SPS, DPD, DHL, Go4

 

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. We promise you that in such a case we will choose a reliable processor that cares about the protection of personal data and uses an appropriate level of protection of this data.

The processing of personal data is carried out on the territory of the European Union.

Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data

You have several rights in connection with the protection of personal data. If you would like to use any of these rights, please contact us via email at: info@lumilogy.com.

• You have the right to information about what personal data we process. We already fulfill this right with this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

• You have the right to access information. That is why you can contact us and find out what personal data we process and why. We will answer you within 5 working days.

• You can use the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have raised an objection to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or purposes of processing (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending these messages).

• You have the right to portability. If you would like to transfer your personal data to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when using the right of access.

• The right to erasure (to be forgotten) is another right you can exercise. We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data that we process. We need at least 30 calendar days to ensure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by law (e.g. we must register issued tax documents within the period set by law). In this case, we will delete all other data that is not bound by law. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the erasure.

• If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. We would appreciate it if you would first contact us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any wrongdoing.

• You have the right to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and business information.

 

If you are our customer, we send you business information based on the administrator's legitimate interests. If you are not our customer, we only send the newsletter based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter sent.

We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data as well as about the security measures that protect this data (so that their security is not compromised). This confidentiality lasts even after the end of obligations and relations with us. Your personal data will not be released to any third party without your consent.
